Encrypted proposal intake via this portal. After preliminary screening, BCIHC issues a Mutual NDA (v1.0) before deeper materials are exchanged.
Board and Strategic Core review for strategic fit, PaaS / infrastructure alignment, and equity or partnership structure.
Injection of BCIHC Technical DNA where appropriate; optional NewCo structuring (S3). Qualified initiatives may access Corte Digitale (San Benedetto Po, Motor Valley) for hardware/OT prototyping, Edge, and Deep Work — reserved for the BCIHC network.
Intellectual property protection is a priority. Disclosures are governed under our Master Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (v1.0). After screening, confidential metrics and governance materials may be hosted in BCIHC's gated Virtual Data Room (VDR) — not via self-serve download on this site.
